RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Damaged Items If you have received an item that has been damaged in transit or is defective, we will be happy to send you a replacement. Simply chat or email us within 72 hours of receiving your item to request an exchange. In your chat, include your order number, your name, a short note describing the damage or defect, and a photo of it.
